We develop and implement innovative solutions for building more equitable, diverse, inclusive, antiracist, and accessible learning and professional environments. By providing schools and communities with facilitated learning experiences and developing educator pathway and support programs that target individuals from historically underrepresented backgrounds, the Equity Institute aims to galvanize educators and community members for collective action that focuses on producing equitable outcomes for all students.
